Water Ice Scooper

Requirements:

• Available to work entire baseball season - Most HOME GAMES

• Available weekends, nights, and major holidays (Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day Weekends Mandatory) ( If GAME)

• Available to show up 2 HRS before start of game

• Reliable transportation

• No experience needed.

Our associates are the first face our customers see when they step up to our serving windows.  This is a great opportunity to get experience working in a fast paced environment, while learning how to deliver the utmost customer service.  This is a part time job, unless otherwise discussed.  Generally looking for someone who is enthusiastic, hard working, passionate, and ready to work with a growing brand.  We don't mess around when it comes to water ice.  Main responsibility include the following:  scooping, ringing up orders, customer service, stock and filling product, and cleaning at the end of the busy night!  We work from the start to the finish!

Stand Manager

The stand manager has all the same working description as a water ice scoopers, along with the added responsibility of running a the game day staff at multiple stands.  This person is in constant communication with the on-site coordinator!!  Needs to have good communication skills and the ability to handle a stressful and busy environment.  Experience leading people is suggested.

Crowd Vendor

​

If you have a hankering for a cool treat, you usually have two options to satisfy your hunger. You can head to concessions or flag one of the food vendors roaming the stands. If you are ready to walk around the stadium and have good customer-service experience and love baseball, you should explore a food vendor opportunity.

 

The Vendor is responsible for carrying, transporting, and selling prepackaged water ice to guests in assigned location(s).

Requirements:

• Carry an assortment of items for in seat sales to guests

• Ensure bins, carrying trays, and bags are clean and ready for use

• Processes cash transactions for food and beverage items served; accepts payments and makes change as appropriate

• Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.

• Requires constant standing, walking, and climbing stairs

• Requires constant carrying, lifting, pushing, pulling up of to 50 lbs.

• Requires occasional carrying, lifting, pushing, pulling of greater than 50 lbs.

• Work may involve exposure to unusual elements and extreme temperatures
